Zoë Adey-Babinski is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in retail and industrial leasing and landlord representation. Starting her career in brokerage at Colliers and specializing in urban retail, Zoë made a significant impact in the revitalization of Toronto's West Queen West. Notable deals include Starbucks' first urban grab and go concept, Cozey's first brick and mortar flagship, Socco Living's flagship, and Dollarama's Parkdale relocation. She received the 2021 GTA Retail Rookie of the Year award while at Colliers.
Zoë is now a proud member of the GWL Realty Advisors team where she manages the leasing of a two million square foot retail and industrial portfolio in the GTA. Her expertise includes contract negotiation, creative and strategic deal structuring and restructuring, deal analysis, market analysis, and problem solving. Zoë works closely and collaborates with asset management, legal, property management, construction, and cooperating brokers to ensure the portfolio is producing the most optimal results and maintaining strong positioning in the market.
